The coach
El Khansaa
A consciousness coach and bio-energy healer committed to guiding you toward inner peace and self-realisation. Through years of practice and study under renowned spiritual teachers in India and around the world, El Khansaa developed a healing method of her own: Kriya Yoga joined to energy cleansing through the Divine Names.
More than three thousand women have now moved through her programmes, and she has led retreats in both Morocco and Turkey. Her approach is whole-person, and it starts with the balance between your feminine and masculine energies — so you can rise spiritually and live a life that feels fuller and far more connected.

What joining Sunny Soul gives you
To be better than you were yesterday, you first have to arrive at yourself.
A method you will not find elsewhere
Kriya Yoga and energy cleansing through the Divine Names, developed over years of study and practice.
A deeper line to yourself
Not self-improvement. A working connection to the part of you that was never damaged.
Peace that holds up
Balance you can keep on an ordinary Tuesday, not only on a retreat.
People walking the same way
A community of women at a similar frequency, which changes how fast the work moves.
Room for joy
Lightness and freedom are not the reward at the end. They are part of the practice.
Real change, guided
You are not doing this alone or guessing. There is someone ahead of you on the path.
Testimonials
Being part of this community has been something I did not expect. The teaching goes deep and the people around you hold you while it does. It changed my personal growth, and it changed my ordinary days.
El Khansaa’s way of working with energy and the chakras lifted my whole path. The blend of ancient practice and spiritual wisdom brought me to a balance I did not think was available to me.
Sunny Soul genuinely changed my life. Through El Khansaa’s guidance I found inner peace and a much deeper connection to who I actually am. The courses are clarifying and they go all the way down.

Every programme is self-paced and taught in full. Start wherever the description makes your stomach turn slightly — that is usually the right one.
About
My story
How a curiosity about the human soul turned into a method, and then into a house other people could walk into.
My name is El Khansaa. I am a consciousness coach and a bio-energy healer, and this is the road that led me to founding Sunny Soul.
Where it started
From the time I was small I was drawn to the questions nobody around me was asking — what the soul actually is, and what sits inside us waiting to be used. I was born in Morocco, in a household that held deep tradition and an open door to the wider world at the same time. That combination gave me both the language for depth and the permission to go looking.
Going looking
I followed it. My first real journey took me to Bali, where I learned Kriya Yoga and the discipline of deep meditation. That is where I began to understand energy not as an idea but as something you can feel move, and direct.
Along the way I studied with teachers from very different cultures and faiths. It taught me something I have never let go of: spiritual wisdom does not belong to one culture, and what is true about the human soul does not stop at a border or a language.
Every person carries a light that is theirs alone. My work is to help you see yours, and then to use it.
Building the method
After years of study I needed what I had learned to sit properly inside my own heritage. The idea of using the Divine Names to cleanse the chakras and settle the energy landed in me with a certainty I could not argue with. So I built it: Kriya Yoga and chakra cleansing, carried by the Names. It is the method every course here rests on.
A letter
My journey began in an enormous amount of lostness and grief. A body that peace had never once touched. Eyes that could not settle, and a mind that would not stop asking: is this me? Is this what I was given?
I was a dark cloud. She was the light that comes through a raining sky — carrying hope, and healing, and something close to joy.
I went through a journey with her where I finally touched my own pain and held it. She was a mirror. She showed me my soul and treated wounds she had no part in making. She taught me life, and then she taught me how to live it.
She took the abandonment and gave me safety. She took the doubt and gave me certainty. She received my joy and my tears with the same steadiness.
Through the energy sessions, through a calm smile, through the sound of her voice — that is what made the version of me I live as now. The peaceful one. The one who loves being alive.
Yes: peace has reached the edges of my body. My eyes carry light, and my thinking is kinder than it has ever been. May this road be a gift that does not end.
The foundation
Sunny Soul
I built Sunny Soul as a place where spiritual learning and ordinary personal growth could happen in the same room. Somewhere safe enough — and light enough — for people to find out who they actually are, and to bring their lives back into balance.
If you are looking for a deeper understanding of yourself, for balance between your feminine and masculine energies, for your spirit to sit at a higher level than it does now, then this is an invitation. We can walk it together.

Effective 7 August 2026
1. Who we are
Sunny Soul is the trading name of Sunny Soul LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organised in Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, our online programmes, and our in-person retreats (together, the “Services”). By using the site, joining our mailing list, or booking any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.
2. What we offer
We offer consciousness coaching and energy work in two forms: online programmes delivered through our website, and guided retreats held in person at destinations announced for each retreat. Each retreat has its own published dates, itinerary, inclusions and price, and those published details form part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms.
3. This is not medical or psychological treatment
Everything we teach is offered for personal development and wellbeing purposes only. Our work includes meditation, breathwork, yoga practice, sound work, and energy practices drawn from spiritual traditions. None of it is medical care, psychological therapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any physical or mental health condition, and none of it is a substitute for care from a qualified doctor, psychiatrist, or therapist.
We are not doctors, licensed therapists, or medical practitioners, and no practitioner-patient relationship is created by using our Services. Nothing we say should be used to start, stop, or change any medical treatment or medication. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether our Services are appropriate for you. If you have a heart condition, respiratory condition, epilepsy, a history of psychosis or dissociation, a current mental health diagnosis, if you are pregnant, or if you are under any medical care, please obtain clearance from your doctor before taking part, and tell us in writing before a retreat begins so we can take reasonable care.
If at any point you feel unwell or overwhelmed during a session or a retreat, stop and tell us. You may step out of any activity at any time, for any reason.
4. Physical activity and assumed risk
Our retreats include physical activity. Depending on the itinerary this may involve hiking on uneven ground, horse riding, extended walking, travel by road, and activity at altitude or in heat. These carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
By booking a retreat you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to take part, that you have disclosed any relevant health condition, and that you accept these inherent risks. You may decline any individual activity without affecting the rest of your programme. Third-party providers, such as stables, transport operators and hotels, operate under their own terms and their own liability.
5. Who can take part
Our Services are for adults aged 18 or over. Some retreats are offered to women only; where that applies it is stated on the retreat page and forms part of the booking conditions.
6. Booking and payment
Digital products such as our daily practice download are bought directly on the site and paid in full at checkout. We accept card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
Coaching programmes are not sold from a checkout button. You apply, we speak with you, and if the programme is a fit we send you enrolment details. Where a programme is offered on an instalment plan, each instalment is charged on the same date each month for the agreed number of months.
Retreats are by application. Once we have spoken and agreed that the retreat is right for you, a $500 first payment holds your seat. This is the only amount taken through the website. The balance of your chosen room option is paid on arrival at the retreat, before the programme begins, and we confirm the exact figure to you in writing when your place is accepted. We do not process the balance of a retreat by card.
Room options and their full prices are published on the retreat page. Nothing is charged before we have spoken with you.
Prices are stated in the currency shown on each programme page. You are responsible for any bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or charges applied by your own bank.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Access to online programmes
Online programmes are delivered electronically through our website. Access details are sent to the email address you provide, so please make sure it is accurate. Access is personal to you and is granted for the period stated on the programme page.
8. What you may and may not do with our material
When you buy a programme we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own individual, non-commercial learning. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the material with anyone who has not purchased it
- Record, download, or republish any session, in whole or in part
- Share your account or access credentials
- Use the material to build a competing programme, or to teach our method commercially
- Remove any copyright or attribution notice
All content, teaching material, design and media on this site and in our Services are owned by Sunny Soul LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Travel, documents and insurance
For retreats, you are responsible for:
- Booking your own flights to and from the arrival and departure points we publish
- Holding a valid passport and any visa or entry permission required for the destination
- Arranging comprehensive travel insurance covering the full duration of the trip, including medical care, emergency repatriation, and trip cancellation
- Any vaccination or health requirement applying to the destination
We do not provide travel insurance and we cannot book it for you. We may ask you to confirm that you hold it before departure.
If you arrive outside the scheduled group window, or by a different route than the published one, the cost of reaching the accommodation is your own.
10. Changes and cancellation by us
Retreat itineraries reflect our intention at the time of publication. Weather, local conditions, supplier availability and group needs may require us to substitute an activity, venue, or the order of the programme. We will always aim for a comparable experience and will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. Substitutions of this kind do not entitle you to a refund.
If we cancel a retreat entirely, or postpone it to different dates, your options are set out in our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, border closures, government restrictions, or airline disruption. Where such an event prevents a retreat from going ahead, our Refund Policy applies.
11. Conduct
Our retreats depend on a small group holding a shared space. We ask every participant to treat the other participants, our team, our hosts and the places we visit with respect, and to keep in confidence anything personal that others share during the retreat.
We may decline or end a participant’s involvement, without refund, where behaviour endangers the safety or wellbeing of the group, involves harassment or discrimination, or seriously disrupts the programme.
12. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorised access, scraping or automated collection, interfering with normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
13. Disclaimers
The site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not promise any specific outcome, result, healing, or personal transformation from taking part. What you get from the work depends on many factors that are not in our control, including your own participation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Soul LLC and its owners, teachers, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid us for that Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

Privacy Policy
Effective 7 August 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Sunny Soul LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit our site, join our mailing list, buy an online programme, or book a retreat. We are the data controller for that information. You can reach us at contact@sunnysoul.space or at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
2. What we collect
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | When you join our mailing list | To send you news about programmes and retreats you can unsubscribe from at any time |
| Name, email, and order history | When you buy an online programme | To give you access, take payment, and provide support |
| Name as on passport, date of birth, nationality, passport details, emergency contact, dietary needs | When you book a retreat | To make hotel, transport and entry arrangements in your name, and to reach someone if there is an emergency |
| Relevant health information you choose to disclose, including conditions, medication, pregnancy and mobility needs | When you book a retreat or a practice session | To take reasonable care of you and adapt activities safely |
| Photographs and video taken during a retreat | During retreats that include documentation | To produce the personal album included in your programme, and for promotion only with your separate written consent |
| Aggregate, non-identifying site usage data | Whenever you browse the site | To understand how the site is used and improve it |
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card details go directly to our payment provider.
3. Health information
Health information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. We ask for it only where it is needed to keep you safe during practice or travel. We collect it with your explicit consent, share it only with the specific people who need it to care for you, keep it separate from general marketing records, and delete it once the retreat has ended and any related obligation has passed. You can decline to share it, though in some cases that may mean we cannot safely include you in a particular activity.
4. Who processes it for us
We use third-party services to run parts of our business. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy:
- Card payments on our website are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details directly, and we never see or store your full card number.
- PayPal is available as an alternative payment method and processes those transactions under its own terms.
- Retreat balances paid by bank transfer are handled by our bank. We see the sender name and the reference on the transfer.
- Our mailing list is run through [ NAME YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER ]
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) receives information about your visit, but only if you accept marketing cookies. See section 6.
- Website hosting is provided by our hosting company
5. Who else we share it with
To run a retreat we have to pass certain details to the suppliers delivering it: hotels, ground transport operators, activity providers, and venues requiring registration. We share only what each one needs, usually your name and, where required, passport or dietary details.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect someone’s safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use two kinds of cookies, and you decide about the second one.
Necessary cookies make the site work — remembering your cookie choice, keeping you signed in, and holding your place while you move through checkout. These are always on, because the site cannot function without them.
Marketing cookies come from Meta Platforms. We use the Meta Pixel so that we can show our retreats and programmes to people likely to be interested, and so we can see whether our advertising is working. When it is active, the Pixel tells Meta that you visited our site and which pages you looked at, and Meta may match that to your Facebook or Instagram account. That is real tracking, and we are not going to describe it as anything softer than that.
The Pixel does not load until you accept it. The first time you visit, a banner asks you to choose. If you decline, no marketing cookie is set and nothing is sent to Meta. If you accept, we remember your choice for six months.
Changing your mind. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back. You can also write to us and we will confirm what we hold.
We do not use any other advertising network, and we do not sell or share your browsing data with anyone besides the providers named in section 4.
7. How we use your information
- To give you access to programmes you have bought and to support you
- To organise and deliver retreats you have booked
- To keep you reasonably safe during practice and travel
- To send you news and offers, where you have asked to receive them
- To answer your questions
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering what you booked), your consent (marketing, health information, promotional use of photographs), our legitimate interests (running and improving the business), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
8. How long we keep it
Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Booking, payment and accounting records are kept as long as our tax and legal obligations require. Health information is deleted once the retreat has finished and any related matter is closed. Photographs are kept only as long as needed to deliver your album, unless you have given consent for promotional use.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in portable form, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Exercising any of these rights will never cost you anything or lead to worse treatment.
These rights apply under the GDPR if you are in the EU or the UK, and under the CCPA/CPRA if you are a California resident.
Many of our participants are based in the Gulf. If you are resident in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait or Oman, your national personal data protection law may give you comparable rights over the information we hold about you, including rights of access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent, and may place conditions on transferring your data outside your country. We extend the rights described in this policy to every participant, wherever they live, rather than only where a particular law compels us to. If your national law gives you a right we have not listed here, write to us and we will honour it.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email, or write to us at contact@sunnysoul.space. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data badly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. Participants in the Gulf may have an equivalent right to complain to their national regulator.
10. International transfers
We are registered in the United States, our team works from Morocco, and our retreats take place in other countries, including Turkey. Most of our participants are based in the Gulf. Your information will therefore be processed outside your home country, in countries whose data protection law may differ from your own.
Where we transfer data out of the EU or the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our providers. Where your national law requires your consent, or a specific legal basis, before your data leaves your country, we ask for it at the point of booking. By booking a retreat you understand that we must pass your details to hotels, transport operators and venues in the destination country in order to make the arrangements in your name.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
12. Children
Our site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above.

Refund Policy
Effective 7 August 2026
The short version
Digital products come with a 14-day guarantee. If it is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it, as long as you have not completed more than 25% of the material.
Retreats have two cancellation windows. You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no reason needed. Cancel more than 60 days before the start date and anything paid beyond the first payment is returned in full. The two windows are set out below.
Digital products
Email us within 14 days of purchase from the address you used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason. The only condition is that you have not completed more than 25% of the material, since beyond that point you have effectively received it.
After 14 days, or after 25% completion, we are not able to offer a refund.
Coaching programmes on an instalment plan
The 14-day guarantee applies from your first payment. If you cancel within that window we refund what you have paid and stop any further instalments.
After 14 days the plan runs for its agreed term, because the whole programme is released to you from the start. If your circumstances change, write to us; we would rather find a workable arrangement than have you disappear.
Retreats
Before you pay anything. Retreat seats are not sold from a button. We speak first, and only take a first payment once we both agree the retreat is right for you. That conversation is the point at which to ask everything, and the full price of your room option is confirmed to you in writing before any money moves.
Within 14 days of your first payment: full refund. Change your mind for any reason in the first fourteen days and we return the $500 in full. You do not need to give us a reason.
After 14 days: the $500 is not refundable. By that point hotels, historical sites and private events have been contracted in your name and that money has left us.
More than 60 days before the start date. If you have paid anything beyond the first payment, all of it is refunded in full.
Within 60 days of the start date. The balance is normally paid on arrival, so in most cases there is nothing outstanding to refund. Where an early payment has been made, we look at what we can still recover from our suppliers and return whatever is not already committed.
The balance. The remainder of your room option is paid on arrival at the retreat, before the programme begins. If you do not travel, no balance is due.
If you need to cancel, email contact@sunnysoul.space or message us on WhatsApp. The date we receive your message is the date we use.
If you cannot travel. This is exactly what travel insurance exists for, which is why we require it. A policy that covers trip cancellation will usually cover a non-refundable deposit where you cannot travel for a reason it insures, such as illness or family emergency. Please arrange your insurance as soon as you book, not close to departure.
Unused parts of a retreat. If you arrive late, leave early, or choose not to take part in an activity, we cannot refund the unused portion, because it has already been paid for on your behalf.
Transferring your seat
You may transfer your booking to another person who meets the retreat’s requirements, at no charge, provided you tell us in writing at least 30 days before the start date and the new participant accepts these terms and completes any health disclosure. Within 30 days a transfer may not be possible, because names are already registered with hotels and venues.
If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel a retreat entirely, or move it to dates you cannot make, you choose between:
- A full refund of everything you have paid us, including the deposit, or
- A full credit toward a future retreat, valid for 24 months
This applies whether the cancellation is our decision or caused by an event outside our control, such as a border closure or a natural event.
What we cannot refund in that situation is money you have paid to someone else. Flights, visa fees and personal travel bookings are between you and those providers, which is another reason to hold insurance and, where possible, book flexible tickets.
How to request a refund
Email contact@sunnysoul.space from the address you used to book, with your order or booking confirmation if you have it. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
We refund you the way that suits you. Tell us how you would like the money returned — bank transfer to an account of your choosing, back to the card or account you paid from, or another method that works on your side — and we will use it.
One practical limit: where you paid by card, our payment provider may require the refund to return to that same card. That is a rule of the card networks, not a preference of ours. For payments made by bank transfer, which is how retreat deposits are paid, you are free to choose.
Depending on your bank it can take a few business days for an approved refund to appear. Bank transfer fees and currency conversion differences applied by the banks in between are not something we are able to recover for you.
If something looks wrong with a charge
If a charge looks incorrect, an access link is not working, or you were billed unexpectedly, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always fix it faster directly, and it avoids the delay of a formal dispute.

Sunny Soul provides consciousness coaching and personal development in two forms:
- Digital courses and audio programmes, delivered online and accessed through your account on this site. These are bought directly at checkout and access is granted immediately after payment.
- Guided retreats, held in person at published destinations on published dates. Retreats are arranged by application and conversation, not by instant checkout.

Charges from us appear on your bank or card statement as SUNNY SOUL.
